A new energy efficiency initiative at Auriga Shopping Centre in Saaremaa, Estonia

We are proud to announce a new energy efficiency initiative at Auriga Shopping Centre in Saaremaa, Estonia – a partnership between Summus Capital and our asset & ESG manager Green Formula Capital.

This upgrade project is set to reduce Auriga’s annual energy consumption by more than 30%, thanks to smart LED lighting, advanced building automation, and modern measurement systems. The works will also prepare the building for BREEAM Very Good certification.
