Summus Capital OÜ Establishes Audit Committee

Summus Capital OÜ announced that its Supervisory Board decided to establish an Audit Committee with effect from 8 April 2026.
The Supervisory Board appointed Igor Raikhelgauz as Chairman of the Audit Committee and Marek Herm as a member. They each have a three-year term ending on 7 April 2029. The Board has confirmed that both appointees meet all applicable independence and professional competence requirements.
Igor Raikhelgauz is a finance professional and entrepreneur, leading Magrat which provides accounting and corporate services to more than 200 international clients. Raikhelgauz has an extensive experience in the financial sector and international markets and has contributed to the development of the accounting profession in Estonia.
Marek Herm is a sworn advocate and partner at Attela Advokaadibüroo, a law firm specialising in tax law and international structuring. He holds an LL.M. in international tax law from Leiden University and has long-standing experience advising on complex cross-border tax and legal matters.
The Audit Committee will support the Supervisory Board by providing recommendations primarily on audit matters, making proposals for the development of internal control and reporting processes, and monitoring and analysing material risks or governance issues. The Audit Committee has the right to request and receive information and documents from the management board, the audit firm, persons responsible for risk management, finance, compliance or other control functions.
